What is included in the villa staff services?

The villa rental includes services from a chef, assistant cook, houseman, waiter, housekeeper, and a full-service concierge. Additional service hours can be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.

What are the meal service hours?

Coffee service starts at 8:00 AM, and breakfast is served around 8:30 – 9:00 AM. Dinner is served no later than 7:00 PM. We can accommodate later service hours with a surcharge. If you require service before 8:00 AM, please coordinate with the villa houseman 24 hours before.

Can dietary restrictions and food allergies be accommodated?

Our chef can accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special dietary requirements. Please provide this information in advance using the guest preference sheet.

How is meal and grocery planning handled?

The villa rental includes preparation and service of three meals a day, plus snacks and beverages. Guests are responsible for the cost of food and drink. A 10% shopping fee is added to the grocery bill, and cash is accepted in USD and MXN. A 5% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

How can I arrange airport transfers?

Airport transfers can be arranged based on your flight arrival and departure information. Please provide your flight details in the guest preference sheet or contact our concierge for assistance.

Is the villa handicap accessible?

The premises are not handicap adapted or compliant with handicap accessibility laws. Guests are responsible for ensuring their accommodation needs are met and release the landlord from liability related to the lack of handicap accessibility.

How should gratuities be handled?

Gratuities are appreciated in cash and are distributed among the villa staff. We recommend a standard minimum gratuity of USD 35 per guest daily at the villa. For larger events, a higher gratuity may be appropriate.

Are there any specific room recommendations for guests with limited mobility?

We recommend the June Master Suite for guests with limited mobility because it is easily accessible to common areas and the pool.
