What is included in the rental?

A fully staffed villa: chef, assistant cook, houseman, waiter, daily housekeeping, and a dedicated full-service concierge. Heated infinity pool, full-floor game room, fitness center, indoor & outdoor dining (each seats 24), filtered water, AC, and the casita with its own kitchen. The cost of food and beverages is separate — plan USD $40–50 per guest per day, with a 10% shopping fee on grocery runs.

How far is the villa from the beach?

Mismaloya Beach is a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk from Villa Magnifico. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is about 20 minutes by car; PVR International Airport is roughly 35 minutes.

Are events and weddings permitted?

Yes. Sit-down and cocktail-style events are accommodated up to 50 guests. Catering, bar staff, music and décor are billable separately. Coordination through your dedicated Villa Specialist.

What is the tax structure?

Total tax is 19% — a 3% lodging tax plus 16% Mexican IVA — added to the nightly rate. The cost of food, beverages, gratuities, and additional services are billed separately.

Is the villa accessible for guests with limited mobility?

Villa Magnifico is multi-level with stairs throughout and is not handicap-adapted. The June Master Suite (entrance level) is the most accessible option, with easy access to common areas and the pool.

Villa Magnifico sits on a private hillside above Mismaloya Bay, thirty minutes south of Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romántica. Twenty-five thousand square feet of interior living unfold across three levels — corner master suites with panoramic views, a full-floor game room, an indoor dining hall that seats twenty-four, and a heated infinity pool that finishes at the cliff edge.

Villa Magnifico is a 20-minute drive from downtown Puerto Vallarta and a three-minute drive (or ten-minute walk) to Mismaloya Beach. The villa sleeps up to twenty across ten named bedroom suites — bookings can be configured from 5 to 10 bedrooms; guests retain full access to common spaces regardless of room count.

The suites are spread across entrance, top and bottom levels for privacy. Three are corner masters with king beds and queen sleeper sofas; the casita on the bottom level operates as an independent unit with its own kitchen.
