Villa Magnifico comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests across 10 luxurious bedroom suites. The estate is available in tiered configurations ranging from 5 to 10 bedrooms — regardless of the number of bedrooms you book, you'll have a full staff and access to all common amenities. Rooms not in use are simply closed off, so you can choose the rooms you like best.

Standard occupancy is based on two guests per bedroom. We can accommodate up to 4 additional guests when booking the full 10 bedrooms only.

Your stay at Villa Magnifico includes a fully staffed luxury villa experience designed for comfort, relaxation, and personalized hospitality. Your rental includes:

Staffing levels are adjusted according to the number of bedrooms reserved and the size of your group to ensure attentive, seamless service throughout your stay.

Breakfast is typically served between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM. We kindly recommend reviewing your preferred meal schedule directly with the villa staff upon arrival. Dinner service concludes by 7:00 PM. After dinner, the staff will tidy the dining areas, serve a final round of beverages, and conclude service for the evening.

Earlier breakfasts, later dinners, or extended service hours may be arranged with advance notice and an additional fee. Please coordinate any schedule adjustments with the houseman or concierge at least 24 hours in advance.

Laundry service. Available for your convenience at $20.00 USD per load. To prevent any issues, white and colored garments are washed separately, and specialty fabrics cannot be accommodated. For example, five white items and five colored items will be washed separately and counted as two loads. For safety and liability reasons, guests do not have access to the villa's laundry area or equipment. Laundry is a cash-only service and cannot be added to your food or concierge bill. Due to the size of the villa and daily operational requirements, same-day laundry service is unavailable.

Food and beverages are billed separately from the villa rental. To support meal preparation and villa stocking, our staff provides one grocery shopping trip per day. We kindly request that grocery and beverage requests be submitted at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

Advance food & beverage deposit. To ensure the villa is fully prepared for your arrival, we request a deposit before check-in: MXN $2,000 per adult and MXN $1,000 per child under 10. Deposits are processed in Mexican pesos through a secure payment link from our concierge team. Credit card payments are subject to a small processing surcharge; Mexican bank transfers are also accepted.

Guests reimburse all grocery purchases, and receipts will always be provided. Payments may be made in U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos. A 15% shopping and handling fee applies to grocery purchases, and credit card reimbursements are subject to a 5% processing fee.

For safety and service standards, the kitchen and appliances are reserved exclusively for villa staff use. Our team is happy to prepare simple ready-to-enjoy items or late-night snacks upon request.

Absolutely. Prior to arrival, we'll provide a detailed guest preference form so our chef and staff can personalize menus, dietary accommodations, and dining experiences for your group. Meals are generally served family-style, allowing guests to enjoy the same appetizer, main course, and dessert together. Allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests are always accommodated whenever possible.

Sample menus and meal suggestions will also be shared in advance to assist with planning throughout your stay.

Food & beverage budget guidelines: approximately $40–$60 USD per guest per day, depending on your selections and consumption. This estimate is based on three meals daily plus beverages, though all spending remains entirely at the guest's discretion. Our chef is happy to accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free, allergy-sensitive, and other dietary needs.

Gratuities are always appreciated and are best provided in cash, as they go directly to the villa team. Tipping is entirely discretionary and should reflect the quality of service received during your stay.

As a general guideline, we recommend a minimum gratuity of $35 USD per guest, per day. Additional gratuity may be appropriate for larger dinners, celebrations, or events requiring extended staffing and service.

For example, a group of 10 guests staying 4 nights would typically provide $35 × 10 guests = $350 per night, or $1,400 total. Gratuities are shared among the villa staff according to each team member's contribution, including housekeeping and kitchen staff who work behind the scenes. Envelopes will be provided for your convenience.

Christmas (approximately Dec 19/20 – Dec 26/27): exclusive 10-bedroom bookings only with a 7-night minimum.

New Year's (approximately Dec 26/27 – Jan 4): exclusive 10-bedroom bookings only with a 7-night minimum.

Reservations overlapping both holiday periods (for example, December 24–31) cannot be accommodated.

Villa Magnifico is located just a 3-minute drive from Mismaloya Beach, one of the most scenic beaches on Puerto Vallarta's south shore. Guests may also enjoy a beautiful 15-minute walk to the beach. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is approximately 20 minutes away by car, while Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) is roughly a 40-minute drive from the villa.

To preserve the condition of the property and accommodate guests and staff with allergies or sensitivities, pets and animals are not permitted on the premises. This policy applies to guests, visitors, vendors, and all third parties.

Villa Magnifico is a privately owned residence offered exclusively for short-term luxury accommodations and is governed by the terms of the rental agreement. If you believe there is a unique circumstance requiring consideration, please notify management in writing prior to booking. Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa or its rooms. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a deodorizing fee of $250 USD being charged to your bill.

Villa Magnifico is an exceptional venue for weddings, milestone celebrations, family reunions, wellness retreats, and corporate gatherings, and has hosted many unforgettable events over the years. Events may be arranged for up to 50 total guests, including overnight villa guests.

Event requirements. Full 10-bedroom booking required · 4-night minimum villa rental · events are not permitted during the Christmas and New Year holiday periods.

Event fees are separate from villa rental rates. Services such as catering, décor, rentals, entertainment, staffing, and wedding coordination are quoted separately through your event planner or approved vendors. We invite you to contact us with details regarding your event plans, guest count, and any requested vendors.

Villa Magnifico is a multi-level property with stairs throughout and is not wheelchair accessible or ADA-adapted. Guests are responsible for determining whether the property suits their individual accessibility needs and for arranging any required personal assistance or equipment. For guests seeking easier access to the main living spaces, we recommend the June Master Suite, conveniently located on the main level near the primary living, dining, and pool areas.

All services provided within the villa must be coordinated through villa management and concierge services. This includes massage therapists, musicians, entertainers, yoga instructors, and similar providers. Outside vendors hired independently by guests are not permitted unless approved in advance by villa management. For approved events with a paid event fee, your event planner may work with pre-approved preferred vendors.

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for neighboring homes and guests, noise and music must remain at respectful levels at all times. Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Approved events with a paid event fee may continue until 11:00 PM maximum. Please inquire for additional event policy details.

Yes. For guest comfort, the pool is heated seasonally from November through April, with temperatures maintained up to approximately 85°F. During Puerto Vallarta's warmer months, heating is generally unnecessary; however, summer pool heating may be arranged upon request for an additional fee of $200 USD per day.
