A $2,000 US dollar minimum security deposit is required for all rentals

Rates are in US dollars plus a 19% tax per night. 

Bachelor and spring break-type groups are not permitted.

Minimum stay of 4 nights year-round.

Minimum stay of 5 nights during Easter and Thanksgiving.

Minimum stay of 7 nights during Christmas and New Year’s Eve holidays.

Extra Guest Pays 75 USD per Night in Value Season and 100 USD per night in High & Peak Season.

Celebratory Events

A dedicated professional is necessary for all occasions when planning an event. However, exceptions may be made, such as for in-house guest-only events with a limited guest count, like 24 guests. The concierge can assist with coordination in smaller gatherings, such as intimate vow renewals, where minimal planning is required. Engaging a seasoned event planner is required for furniture rentals, decor, music, and other intricate details. The villa staff will focus solely on villa-related aspects and will not participate in cooking or serving during the event.

Event Guidelines and Planner responsibilities:

Staffing needs include caterers, bartenders, and servers. Responsibilities include moving villa furniture, setting up and removing all event furniture, overseeing the door for the guest reception, managing bathroom attendants, etc. Tables, chairs, glassware, and settings must be rented. Decorations, flowers, a photographer, entertainment, etc., fall under the purview of the event planner. The event planner is responsible for coordinating vendor arrivals and ensuring the smooth execution of the event.

Noise Levels and Music:

The villa is in a neighborhood with noisy bylaws; thus, loud music must conclude by midnight. Any equipment, dishes, amenities, or additional items needed for the event are the responsibility and cost of the Event Planner. We maintain a list of recommended wedding/event planners to guarantee service quality. This ensures that the villa staff is not overwhelmed and that the arriving and departing vendors are reputable and trustworthy. Additionally, professional photos from events can be used to promote and showcase the property, enhancing exposure.
