Staff Services
A team of seven looks after the villa: Chef, Assistant Cook, Houseman, Waiter, Housekeepers, and a Full-Service Concierge . Coffee service starts at 8:00 am; breakfast around 8:30–9:00 am. Dinner is served no later than 7:00 pm — after which the staff cleans up, serves a final round of drinks, and ends their day. Service before 8:00 am can be arranged with the houseman 24 hours in advance.
Additional service hours / extra staff may be added on request — please ask in advance. Our House Manager will determine staffing needs. Past 9:00 pm, an automatic per-staff hourly fee applies.
Gratuities are appreciated in cash and go directly to the team. We recommend a standard minimum of USD $35 per guest per day . For example: a group of 10 over 4 nights would land at $350/night × 4 = $1,400, distributed across all team members including those whose work — like housekeeping — happens behind the scenes.

Section Seven
Meal & Grocery Planning
Three meals a day, plus snacks and beverages , prepared by the chef and assistant cook. Food and beverages are billed separately — plan around USD $40–50 per guest per day . We'll send menu suggestions before arrival and adjust to your dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies). Cooking for twenty-plus people is no small feat, so please share dietary requirements in advance. Daily menus draw from traditional Mexican cuisine, the day's local catch, and seasonal produce.
Grocery shopping is one trip per day by the staff to fulfill your menus and stocking requests. 15% shopping fee is added to the bill. Receipts always provided. Pesos and dollars accepted; credit card adds a 5% processing fee.
